If you would like your Barbour jacket repaired or re-waxed please contact the Barbour Customer Service team [email protected] or Tel: 0800 917 3000. If you would like to rewax your garment yourself Barbour recommend you use their own Thornproof Wax Dressing.

For enquiries regarding a Barbour product with a suspected manufacturing fault which you have purchased from Outdoor and Country please contact Barbour Customer Services, who will advise on the replacement or repair of your item subject to the terms of the Barbour Guarantee. If you prefer to contact us at Outdoor and Country we will also be able to assist you, but to enable a swift resolution to your enquiry we will refer you to Barbour Customer Services in the first instance. Your statutory rights are not affected.
